Here at C&R we take our responsible business commitments very seriously and this has become an integral part of our everyday business. It is a requirement of all of us to ensure our planet is protected for generations to come whether that be through business operations or within our own community living. We are proud of what we do and strive to be the best we can.

We engage with several external organisations to share our journey, and to achieve accreditation for our commitment to the Environmental, Social and Governance agenda. For example, we have achieved 16 consecutive RoSPA Gold Awards for our work in ensuring we provide a safe, secure environment for our guests and also our retailers and staff. We are members of the Better Buildings Partnership and BSRIA (Building Services Research and Information Association) and are ESCO accredited. We work closely with sustainability experts to ensure we reach our target of net zero carbon by 2040. We compare our performance against the best in Europe (GRESB – Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) – so that we always challenge ourselves to be leaders in this arena. We know that securing our planet’s future is a combined effort from every person who is fortunate to live on it, and rest assured we are and aim to continue to play our part in achieving that goal.
